General Rules...
- You must provide a believable name or a nickname. Please do not choose the name of a Balto character. It's obvious that you're a fan of at least one of the characters, why else would you be joining?
- You must provide a valid e-mail address. (This field may be hidden at your request.)
- You must state the country in which you live.

Rules Regarding Websites...
- If you wish to have your website listed then you must create a link back to this site using one of our code images. Think of it as a link exchange.
- Do not directly link to any of the code images. If you can't upload one of these tiny images into your own website then you had better use a text link instead. Those who are caught in the act of direct linking will be reported to their web service provider.
- No websites which promote pornography, racism, or other questionable material will be listed. (This includes hentai!) Please do not submit any questionable sites.
